Chapter 20

The next few days were a bit of a blur. Still no sign of Dad and the guys were trying to find leads.

The only thing that kept me going at this point was the delicious, mind-blowing orgasms Grayson was serving up every day.

That boy was mouth-watering, and I was getting way too addicted.

I realized desperately that I needed some girl time.

I pulled out my phone and texted Quinn. It didn’t take long for her to respond and I grinned in excitement as we made plans to meet up at the Ravana Park.

The Park used to be a community garden, but lack of maintenance turned it into a plain Jane grassy patch with some dilapidated style play equipment.

I couldn’t wait to get out into the sun – the weather was hot and as I squeezed my legs into a pair of denim shorts and a tank top, I grinned in excitement.

I slipped on a pair of flip-flops and as I rushed down the stairs to the front door, I missed the presence lurking nearby.

Before I could reach the front door, Reed stepped into my pathway.

“Princess. Where are you going?”

His blue eyes did a lap of my body and I swear I noticed a glint of something as he took in the swells of my breasts and my bare legs.

“To the park,” I answered nonchalantly.

I didn’t wait for a response as I stepped around him to reach for the front door.

Reed chuckled but the dark undertone sent a shiver through me. “Is that so?”

I turned to face him. “Yes. As far as I know, I am not a prisoner here.”

A dangerous flash crossed his face as he stepped towards me.

“No, you aren’t. But since the park is in the middle of the two gang territories, don’t you think it’s a little stupid to run out like a lamb to the sacrificial slaughter?”

I clenched my teeth.

“I am getting real sick to death of you fuckers referring to me as stupid. Eat a dick, Reed.”

I reached for the handle, but his large hand covered mine before I could turn it. I held in a gasp as he pushed his chest into my back.

“I don’t go much on dicks. Do you?”

I bit my lip at his suggestive tone. There was absolutely no doubt that Reed and Colton had heard us the last few days.

Unfortunately, I discovered that I’m not very quiet…

I forced a swallow as I resisted the urge to lean back, the strong feeling of his muscles short-circuiting my brain.

“I … I don’t know what you are referring to. Let me leave.”

His hand pulled away from mine but just as I thought I was safe, it shot up and grabbed my throat.

I gasped and fell back against him. The pressure was not enough to hurt or cut off air, but just enough to … dampen my cotton undergarments.

Reed’s other hand lightly traced patterns up the outside of my thigh.

“Do you want me to leave you alone?”

I bit my lip. Don’t let the hormones win.
